Netwave was created in 2011. With offices in London, Paris and Toulouse, Netwave develops the most agile omnichannel platform for real-time personalisation on the market.

Netwave technology, driven by Jean-Pierre Malle, one of the co-founders, provides a real alternative to deductive systems that are cumbersome in terms of configuration and learning, protected by three patents in France, the USA, China, Russia, Japan, etc.

As a result, Netwave is able to offer its customers technology that is capable of giving commercially exploitable relevance to unstored / unstructured data, in Real Time, enabling a 100% personalised interaction, in Real Time, with no prior modelling, in omnichannel format, and constantly adapting its interactions without the need for human input.

Its ambition is to free up marketing resources for higher-level tasks (strategy, innovation, tests, etc.) by delegating lower-level tasks to Artificial Intelligence (execution, managing volumetry and complexity).
The first customers signed up in 2013 (Cdiscount, Rue du Commerce, La Redoute, etc.). Netwave has been present in the UK since 2016, with the arrival of Alex Meisl, a well-known figure in British mobile marketing, in the position of UK Director.

Since 2018, developers of e-commerce platforms, marketing automation, market place management, audience monetisation and more have been adopting and embedding Netwave technology into their own solutions. Now present in London, Paris and Toulouse (R&D), the company currently has 15 Netwavers, engineers, data scientists and consultants – experts in e-commerce.
