Jean-Luc Bernard
CEO of Netwave, Chairman of Netwave's Management Board

A graduate of Political Sciences and holder of a Master's degree in Business Law, Jean-Luc Bernard began his career as the co-founder of the Transfac publication, in the early 80s.  Following this creation, he embarked on an advertising career within the EURO RSCG group. Read more here

Following a classic career path - IT studies and some years spent at various software solution companies within the industrial and laboratory domains - he co-created his company, which specialises in the creation of private clinical management software solutions, becoming director of studies and then operations director.  Read more here

Daniel Benchimol
Member of the Netwave Supervisory Board

A graduate of Toulouse Business School with a diploma in accounting and financial studies, Daniel Benchimol began his career in 1977 at CCMC as a commercial engineer. In 1981 he became Commercial Director at SLIGOS, which then became ATOS, and then Director for France and Spain at INFORAMA. It was in 1989 that he founded EUROGICIEL in Toulouse. Read more here 

François Momboisse

François Momboisse is, and has been since 2002, President of FEVAD (the Federation of E-Commerce and Distance Selling). He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
